You'll Need:

1 cup of TVP (Textured Vegetable Protein)*

1 Package of Taco Seasoning

1 Tomato

Lettuce or fresh Spinach

3-6 Taco Shells

2-3 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil (or of your choice)

Taco Sauce (of your choice)

Assemble:

  1. Follow package instruction to rehydrate TVP.

  2. Chop Tomato into bite sizes and wash lettuce or spinach and set aside.

  3. Saute TVP with Taco seasoning in heated oil until seasoning is dissolved.

  4. Warm Taco shells to your liking for crunchiness.

*Add cooked Black beans if you want fullness and additional fiber in your tacos.
